HOW MUCH SPACE IS NEEDED FOR THE PHOTOBOOTH SETUP?

We recommend a 10x10 foot space for the comfort of your guests. Each booth requires a leveled surface and access to a 3-prong electrical outlet to operate efficiently.

WILL WE RECEIVE ALL OF THE PHOTOS TAKEN AT THE EVENT?

Absolutely! You'll receive a zip-file of all captures from your event within 24-48 hours. Additionally, your event's Live Gallery link will be active for 30 days and can be made public so your guests can relive the memories all over again.

HOW DO GUESTS RECEIVE THEIR PHOTOS?

Guests can easily receive their photos via text, email, AirDrop or QR code. Additionally, with the Glam Booth, they have the option to print their photos on the spot.

CAN WE CUSTOMIZE THE PHOTO BOOTH BACKGROUND AND PROPS?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of backdrop options and a wide selection of props. We can also work with you to create custom backgrounds and props that align with your event theme.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK THE PHOTO BOOTH?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, we always try to accommodate last-minute bookings when possible.

ARE THERE ANY TRAVEL FEES FOR EVENTS OUTSIDE YOUR IMMEDIATE AREA?

We serve Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Events within a 25-mile radius of 02904 do not incur travel fees. For events outside this radius, a nominal travel fee is applied.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR SETTING UP AND BREAKING DOWN THE PHOTO BOOTH?

Our team takes care of the entire setup and breakdown process. We arrive 60-90 minutes before your event's scheduled start time to set up the booth. For earlier setup without disrupting your event, consider adding idle hours to your package. After your event, we efficiently manage the breakdown, ensuring everything is smooth and hassle-free for you and your guests.

WHAT ARE 'IDLE HOURS', AND HOW CAN THEY BE USED?

Idle hours are an optional add-on that allows us to arrive earlier than the usual setup time or pause booth use during crucial moments like speeches or dinner. This is particularly useful if you wish to prevent any disruption during your event.

WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS TO BOOK A SKYEBOX PHOTO BOOTH?

To begin, simply contact us below to confirm availability and receive detailed package information. To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance will then be due 14 days prior to your event.
